Win two places on our breathwork facilitator training

We are giving away two spots on our breathwork facilitator training in Sri Lanka. One for you, and one for whoever you would want in the room with you.

Here is why we are doing it.

Most people who find their way to this training are not chasing a certificate. They come because breathwork did something for them they still can not explain properly to their friends, and they want to learn how to hold that for someone else. Plenty of them are walking out of jobs that emptied them out. Almost all of them arrive quietly convinced they are not the right kind of person for this work. They usually are.

The uncomfortable part is that a training like this costs money, and the people who would be most at service with these tools are often the same people who can not easily justify the spend. We have watched that stop good humans more than once. So together with our amazing partner BookRetreats we are opening two spots, fully covered, for someone who wants this and for the person they would bring.

We run it on the farm in Midigama, five minutes from the surf. Open-air shala, jungle on one side, ocean down the road, and a small group of people learning to hold space for each other.
