Graduate stories: Rebekka and Cura Cordis

Rebekka arrived with something many practitioners spend years building. A medical-academic background, close to ten years of clinical experience, and a quiet conviction that real healing has to reach further than the mind.

She trained as a breathwork facilitator with us in person, learning Conscious Connected Breathwork alongside the bodywork and sound healing that run through everything we teach. What stayed with us was how she held space. Her clinical grounding gave her precision, and her own practice gave her warmth, and the two sat together beautifully.

Today she runs Cura Cordis in Roskilde, Denmark, guiding soundbath, breathwork, meditation and intuitive somatic movement. Her work helps people step out of autopilot and settle back into the body. She sums it up in one line that we love: out of the head, home in the body. Less noise, more you.

Watching where our breathwork facilitator training leads people is one of the quiet joys of this work. Rebekka took what she learned on the farm and shaped it into something that belongs entirely to her, rooted in her clinical world and her own culture. That is what the training was always meant to do.

After years as an ICU nurse, I knew breath and physiology from the inside out and I had experienced the power of breathwork myself. Senses training enriched my medical expertise in a way I had never imagined, bringing it all together in something truly holistic. I did not just find a course. I found mentors and a community of real integrity and highest standards. I am proud to be a Senses certified Breathwork Facilitator
