Graduate stories: Shreya and Soul Sync Healing
Some people arrive at our shala to learn a skill. Others arrive to find something they will carry into the rest of their lives. Shreya was the second kind.
She came to Senses to train as a breathwork facilitator, not as a technique to add to a résumé, but because the breath had already begun changing her. What she found on the farm, in the open-air shala with the birdsong and the long unhurried mornings, was a way of working with people that meets them gently, where they actually are.
Today she runs her own practice, Soul Sync Healing, a tender space for emotional and spiritual healing. Alongside breathwork she weaves clinical hypnotherapy, sound healing, family constellation and psycho-spiritual coaching, with much of her work devoted to women returning to their own sense of worth. It is a practice with her fingerprints all over it, and breathwork sits at its centre.
Thats the part that moves us most. The breathwork facilitator training was never meant to produce copies of us. It was meant to give people the grounding to build something honest of their own. Shreya did exactly that, and watching Soul Sync Healing grow is its own kind of reward. If her path stirs something in you, that is worth listening to. Our breathwork trainings are for the ones ready to do this work and, often, to carry it to others. Shreya is one of many now holding that work in their own corners of the world.
You can find Shreya and her offerings at Soul Sync Healing.
The training transformed not just my toolkit but my own relationship to breath and presence. As a clinical hypnotherapist, I now have grounded techniques that complement my work beautifully.
