In a world that never stops moving, Yin is an invitation to return home, to the body, to stillness, to the quiet wisdom living beneath the noise.
Where it runs
Same 50 hours, same curriculum, same certificate. Sri Lanka is tuition only; Bali is a residential all-inclusive week.

Reserve 17-21 Dec 2026One residential week at Senses Bali in the rice fields outside Ubud, all-inclusive, your room and every meal included. Shared triple from € 1.095 early bird, € 1.190 regular; double € 1.320; private € 1.430.
Reserve 21-25 Jan 2027Who this is for
Take the step to go deeper, into stillness, into the body, into the quiet wisdom that Yin Yoga was always pointing toward.
You will be guided by our most experienced Yin teachers through the anatomy of fascia, the meridian system, and the very particular skill of holding a room where nothing appears to be happening.
This is an intimate dive into stillness, energy and somatic healing, for the moment you realise that slowing people down is harder, and more valuable, than speeding them up.

Upcoming dates
Four cohorts in Sri Lanka between December and March, plus one in Bali in January. Early bird pricing goes to the first three people on each date.

“Some places don't just host you, they hold you. Senses Sri Lanka did exactly that from the very first moment. As a Sri Lankan, stepping into this space felt like coming home in the most unexpected way. The fact that they offer discounts and donation-based options for locals means this kind of healing is genuinely accessible to us too, not just for visitors passing through.”
“I attended lots of classes and ecstatic dance at Senses while I stayed in Sri Lanka. It's a beautiful venue in the middle of nature, and the instructors and facilitation are wonderful. I am also a facilitator and yoga teacher, so I am particular about teachers and spaces, but was really impressed with what is offered at Senses. And the owners are lovely and very welcoming! Highly recommend.”
“A truly intentional sanctuary tucked away in the jungle. The shala at Senses is one of the most tranquil spaces I've experienced, perfect for deepening your wellness practice. It's rare to find a spot that balances professional wellness offerings with such raw, natural serenity. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a genuine reset.”
