Power Vinyasa
Level:
Intermediate to advanced
Intensity:

Power Vinyasa

A purposeful, progressive flow for practitioners ready for more. Expect stronger postures, complex transitions, and a clear arc from warm-up to peak to cool-down. This class challenges you to move with both power and intelligence. A consistent yoga practice is recommended.

Yang to Yin
Level:
All levels
Intensity:
Medium

Yang to Yin

Slept in? Surfed at dawn? Either way, this one’s for you. Yang to Yin starts with a gentle flow to shake off the morning, then melts into long-held yin poses that go deep into the hips, shoulders and spine.

Candlelight Yin
Level:
All levels
Intensity:
Low

Candlelight Yin

As the light dims, the body slows down with it. This is yin yoga held in candlelight: postures sustained for minutes at a time, supported by props, while the room settles into stillness. It’s an invitation to surrender rather than stretch, to be held rather than to hold. Expect a hushed, intimate atmosphere and long exhales. A gentle close to the day.

Kundalini

Kundalini Yoga is a great practice to explore deep breathwork, meditation and mantra all tied into a powerful asana and kriya sequence. The space allows you to not only work on your physical body but also specifically the energy bodies. Many attest to a euphoric, elevated aftermath for this reason. A safe practice shared by a KRI certified instructor.

Sound Healing

From the subtlest hums to the resounding echoes, sound weaves its way through our being, leaving an indelible imprint on our body, mind and spirit. Let the ethereal sounds of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, flutes, drums, chimes and other healing instruments guide you on an inner journey.

Conscious Connected Breathwork

In this class, we use a simple yet powerful technique: a continuous, circular breath with no pause between inhale and exhale. This connected rhythm gently shifts you out of everyday thinking and into deeper layers of feeling, releasing stored tension and emotion held in the body. Guided by music and supportive facilitation, each session is a personal journey: some people experience deep relaxation and clarity, others release, insight, or a sense of renewed energy and connection. No experience is needed; your breath does the work.
