Your first breathwork session, guided and safe
An introduction to conscious connected breathing, led by a facilitator who takes your safety seriously.
What you get
One guided audio session
A single guided session you can do at home, around twenty minutes long. Headphones, a mat or a bed, and somewhere you will not be interrupted.
Who it is for
The curious and the cautious
For you if you are curious about breathwork but put off by the intensity and the big promises you see online, and for anyone who values being led carefully rather than pushed.
Why safe breathwork matters
Intensity is not the same as depth
Most breathwork shared online pushes intensity and skips the part that actually keeps you well. High ventilation practices like conscious connected breathing can be genuinely powerful, and that is precisely why they deserve care.
I am Gianluca, a breathwork facilitator and co-founder of Senses. Together with my partner I train people to lead breathwork safely across Europe, Bali and Sri Lanka, and we care a great deal about doing this properly.

A note on safety
Please read this before you begin
Breathwork is generally safe for most healthy people, but conscious connected breathing is not suitable for everyone. Please speak with your doctor first if you are pregnant, or if you have cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, severe asthma, detached retina, glaucoma, a history of psychosis, or you are recovering from recent surgery.
If anything feels wrong during the session, return to gentle nasal breathing and stop. Nothing about this practice requires you to push through.
